I’ve just been introduced to a great new web 2.0 concept called Blog Rush!  It’s only in Beta (isn’t everything), but looks to be the next big thing in bringing targeted traffic to your blog and your site. 

It’s free to sign up and works by giving you some code to install a widget into your blog.  This widget is fed links to other peoples blogs that are similar to yours.  You can also set filters to limit the type of content that appears in this list.

It works in a reciprocal manner, in that each time your blog gets a hit, your blog is marketed throughout all the other blogs that are similar to yours, massively increasing your exposure.

There is a small link and tab at the footer of the widget which sends a user back to the Blog Rush site where they can sign up.  The great part here is that when they come in and register from your blog, you get a showing on every similar blog, each time a user hits their blog.   This multi-level effect runs up to ten users deep!

This one looks like an idea that will gain some traction in the blogging arena fairly quickly.  Be sure to check this out!
